LA Activity Club ("LAC," "we," "us") is operated by Next Generation Wellness LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use laactivityclub.com or sign up for a hike, retreat, or our mailing list, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:
- Contact information: full name, email address, phone number.
- Location information: city and ZIP code, if you join our mailing list.
- Accommodation information: gender, collected specifically for retreat bookings to plan shared villa rooming.
- Booking details: which retreat you're booking, number of spots, and any notes you provide (e.g. dietary needs).
- Payment information: we never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; we receive confirmation that payment succeeded and the amount, not your card number.
How we use your information
- To process and confirm retreat bookings, including accommodation planning.
- To send hike updates, retreat announcements, and related communications if you've signed up for our list.
- To respond to questions submitted through our contact form.
- To improve and operate the website.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site:
- Stripe — processes retreat payments. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Resend — delivers our email notifications.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider, which store the information described above on our behalf.
We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Data retention
We keep booking and signup information for as long as reasonably needed to operate LAC (including for accounting and legal purposes) or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, by emailingteam@laactivityclub.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
